What You'll Do
  • Perform and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, right-of-way, and construction layout surveys.
  • Research deeds, plats, easements, and other legal documents to establish and verify property boundaries.
  • Prepare and certify plats, legal descriptions, maps, and other survey deliverables.
  • Utilize GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and related survey technology to collect and process accurate field data.
  • Manage survey projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Mentor and supervise survey field crews and CAD technicians.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to achieve successful project outcomes.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license, or LSIT with the ability to obtain PLS licensure within six months.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive land surveying experience.
  • Experience performing boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys.
  • Proficiency with Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey data processing software.
  • Strong understanding of surveying principles, boundary law, and applicable industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
