Why Work Here?
You join a stable, production-focused organization where employees tend to stay long term, reflecting strong engagement and satisfaction. The culture emphasizes teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to grow your skills and take on more complex assembly work over time. You work in an environment that values reliability, craftsmanship, and safety, with clear processes and expectations that support your success.
Work Environment
This position is based on the production floor alongside other manufacturing processes such as welding and metal fabrication, with a typically moderate noise level. Work takes place in a tight warehouse where forklifts and trucks move inside and outside the facility, and you will primarily work at bench stations surrounded by tools and parts. The warehouse is not insulated and is not brightly lit, so you should be comfortable working in varying temperatures and lighting conditions. You will stand for long periods, walk frequently, bend and reach to obtain parts, and lift up to 50 pounds independently. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with a 5:00am–1:30pm, 6:00am–3:30pm, or 2:30pm–11:00pm shift structure depending on assignment, and significant overtime may be required during busy periods. A practical, safety-conscious attire suitable for a manufacturing and warehouse environment is expected.
