Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Operations Supervisor to lead daily airline and ground operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining safety and service standards.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in airline, airport, or ground handling operations
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sabre System
• Experience in AW and BW operations
• Experience in baggage service operations
• Strong knowledge of TSA and FAA processes, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Solid understanding of ramp safety procedures and operational compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, etc
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
• Strong communication and team management abilities
• Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities
• Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, safety, and company procedures
• Support and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Handle operational issues quickly and efficiently
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth passenger and baggage operations
• Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation
